More fun than I expected!

I enjoyed my stay! The pool and gardens were visually fine and perfect for relaxation. The breakfast spread was good, offering various hot and cold dishes including rare treats like Black Forest Ham! The staff were cute. Can't wait to return!

Above average and extensive breakfast with plenty of food. Compact & functional room with a safe, multi-channel television and a mini-fridge-bar. Had best possible location near the airport, extremely close to Privee Westlands. Also - right by Nairobi, lovely gardens, a fantastic pool, a lovely outdoor bar, and wonderful garden, and the nearby happening pubs and casinos.

The cute staff made sure we had everything we needed, especially considering we brought our three dogs. The kids loved the nearby playground, while we enjoyed the easy access to the local market and restaurants.

My kids wished for more activities focused on younger children.

Great ambiance and friendly staff set the stage for a pleasant visit. The gym and spa facilities are great, and the breakfast spread is impressive. Some noise from parties and inconsistency with hot water were drawbacks, but overall, it made for a decent stay.

I had a superb stay with an amazing breakfast buffet, where I really enjoyed the made-to-order omelets and the wide variety. The pool area was well maintained but the food service was a bit slow. I'd definitely return for the relaxing atmosphere!

The Jacaranda is one of the few hotels in Nairobi with a typical Nairobi flair; the central yet quiet location, the hotel garden and comfortable beds. As in most of Nairobi's hotels, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Anyone who does not attach particular importance to extreme diversity at the breakfast buffet will be satisfied. The quality of the dishes offered was good. The bread selection turns out to be reserved for the German demand. The bathrooms look old-fashioned, but are functional.
